Ambee Stephens: Founder & CEO
of EmpowHERment

She founded EmpowHERment in 2018 as a response to the loss of her father. Originally a virtual platform, EmpowHERment evolved into a community where women connect, inspire, and uplift each other through meaningful discussions and expert-led gatherings at local venues.

These monthly meetings laid the groundwork for comprehensive wraparound services. In 2020, Ambee launched the EmpowHERment Community Center in Clearwater, Florida, creating a safe haven and catalyst for positive change. Under her leadership, EmpowHERment remains dedicated to support, empowerment, and progress, continuously striving to uplift women and foster connections.

MY JOURNEY WITH EMPOWHERMENT

I first connected with EmpowHERment in April 2022 and had the privilege of serving as their Social Media Manager until February 2023. Throughout my time with the organization, I dedicated myself to amplifying our message and strengthening our online presence, showcasing the impactful work we do to empower and uplift women.

 

This role was both deeply rewarding and inspiring, and I’m proud to have contributed to a community that champions women’s empowerment and fosters meaningful, lasting connections. I continue to adore this incredible organization and wholeheartedly encourage you to support their mission by donating.

Graphic Flair Meets EmpowerHERment...

As Social Media Manager for EmpowHERment, I created impactful, visually engaging content that captured the essence of our mission.

Each design was thoughtfully created to reflect the core values of empowerment, support, and progress, while fostering a sense of community among women. From promotional graphics for events and workshops to daily posts that inspired and motivated, my work focused on creating a cohesive brand presence. The goal was to drive engagement, build connections, and ensure our message reached and empowered women across various platforms.
